Forklift tyres (Trelleborg)
A forklift's elastic tyre is not just a piece of rubber. It has to be able to perform well:
- Be able to withstand the load stably
- To last for a sufficient period of time - to avoid wearing out too quickly and polluting the environment
- Drive fast under heavy loads
- Long-distance travel under heavy loads (including without overheating)
- Be resistant to abrasion in bends

The XP700 is considered an economy tyre (i.e. for low-intensity work) in Trelleborg's categorisation, but despite this, it is not an economy tyre in any of the parameters: on the contrary, it is able to withstand the heaviest of loads, with a good resistance to cornering wear, and can be driven at moderate speeds, so it's perfect for those who work lightly but occasionally have to do some more intensive sections.

The most difficult challenge in handling operations is to achieve and maintain peak performance while controlling costs. The Trelleborg XP800 has been designed to meet this challenge by offering the toughest tyres for medium (standard) duty applications. - For both indoor and outdoor use - with a patented tread pattern featuring zigzag grooves to minimise vibration and dramatically increase grip for indoor use, while continuous grooves on the sides and an extra-deep tread ensure excellent grip for outdoor use
