Wheels for loading and storage equipment

WICKE manufactures all possible types of castors and castor systems for well-known equipment manufacturers such as BT, Toyota, Cesab, Linde, Jungheinrich, Still, Hyster, Yale, Atlet, Nissan, Unicarrier, Noblelift, and many others.

Depending on the intensity of use, the following materials are available:

  • NDIIThane („vulkolan”) - the highest quality and durable castors for intensive and heavy-duty applications, up to 2.5 times stronger than ordinary polyurethane castors and designed for speeds up to 30 km/h, with the best mechanical properties in terms of abrasion, elasticity, tear resistance and compression. They are particularly recommended for use in large warehouses (where long distances have to be travelled), working in 2 to 3 shifts. T.p. is recommended for use in refrigerated areas.
  • Topthane® 92 Shore A - is a high-wear-resistance, durable polyurethane (MDI) wheel best suited for environments where light weights are carried over short distances and at low speeds (up to 10 - 12 km/h)
  • DynaRoll® - the most intense and challenging work. T.p. are recommended for use in refrigerated environments.
  • RedThane - soft (non-abrasive) and highly flexible polyurethane wheel for high comfort or particularly gentle handling. Recommended for slippery floors and, if the floor is also wet, additionally recommended in the version with a pre-tector pattern.
  • Rubber (rubber - where the substrate is uneven and additional cushioning and/or traction is required
