| Safe and ergonomic working with the Long Handlebar | ||
| With a long tiller, the operator works efficiently and always maintains a safe distance from the hoist. This means that less effort is needed to steer the lift than with similar lifts without long joysticks. The joystick is mounted low, so it opens wide and allows operators of all heights to work with it. The driver has a better view of the pallet thanks to the 4-point (wheel) design with a side-mounted joystick. The longer distance between the lift truck and the operator contributes to better visibility and more comfortable pallet loading. |

| The cost-effective yet durable tiller handle with its robust construction and plastic coating ensures reliable and comfortable handling. CAN-BUS communication technology dramatically reduces the amount of wiring and therefore increases system reliability. And also diagnostics are accurate and error messages are informative. All this facilitates maintenance and speeds up service work. Finally, components using digital control signals are more accurate, more reliable and have a longer lifetime than analogue components using analogue signals (of which there are many). |
CAN communication is used for all signals in the electrical part of the system to improve the stability and reliability of the lift. If required, it is possible to connect with a handheld programming console or a PC to perform additional diagnostics, software updates, troubleshooting or to set up parameters such as travel speed, braking intensity, etc. - in other words, the lift can still be customised to the individual needs of the customer (not only the lifting speed is programmed). | Although it belongs to the economy class, the hoist has a classic („real“) boom mechanism. Unlike some competitors' boom mechanisms made of folded sheet profiles, the Noblelift ECL uses a classic boom design with inner and outer profiles made of high-grade metals and no expense is spared in general. And if moulded (rather than folded) boom profiles of sufficient thickness are used, this results in a significant improvement in: 1) Residual lifting power at the highest points 2) Structural reliability and durability. This is why the ECL15B model boom complies with GB/T10827.1:ISO1691.1 safety standards - an absolute rarity in economy hoists. | ||
