The LX II version fills the gap between low- and extra-intensive work equipment. Thanks to their outstanding reliability and extremely low operating costs, the LX series of electric self-propelled forklifts are ideal for use in logistics centres, terminals and production plants.

Thanks to the ergonomic control handle, which includes a proportional lift-lower function as standard, the lift is easy to manoeuvre and comfortable.

The LX's robust construction, powerful electric motors and two lifting cylinders on the sides of the boom allow the trolley to develop a power output of 1600 kg, with an extremely high residual power at maximum lifting height. This is direct proof of quality and durability

ZAPI ELECTRIC DRIVE

ZAPI electric actuators are widely used by manufacturers of handling and storage equipment and are characterised by their extremely high reliability and numerous protections against overheating or overloading.

The AC (alternating current) motor technology used in the LX series lifts is more energy efficient, extends battery life, increases reliability and reduces operating costs by eliminating wear parts such as motor brushes etc.

JOYSTICK AND CONTROLS

The LX II series uses an improved tiller with built-in proportional raise/lower buttons (i.e. you can adjust the raise/lower speed yourself and the adjustment is smooth and jerk-free). The joystick also has integrated accelerator knobs, anti-pinch and audible alarm buttons, a moto-hour counter and a low battery indicator.

MANUFACTURING

A wide boom and a centralised control position ensure excellent visibility.

BATTERY COMPARTMENT

Larger capacity batteries (225 - 300Ah) can be placed in a separate battery compartment. At the same time, battery maintenance is both easy and convenient: all you have to do is lift the battery cover (which is hinged to the housing).

A central battery charging system, electrolyte level indicator and external high-frequency charger can be ordered separately to save electricity and extend battery life.

EXTREMELY EASY AND SIMPLE MAINTENANCE

For periodic maintenance work, simply remove the protective cover and you will have easy access to all the internal components of the lift: the electrical and hydraulic systems, the motors and the wheels. It is important to note that the motor and brakes are integrated directly into the drive wheel, a unique PRAMAC solution on the market, which eliminates the need for an additional mechanical drive, increases the energy efficiency of the hoist, simplifies maintenance, and makes the motor itself resistant to dirt and humidity.

OPERATOR PLATFORM

LX lifts can be optionally equipped with a folding cushioning platform for the operator, if the work requires longer than medium distances and even more intensive driving.
