Aprašymas
Key benefits
The battery is contained in the housing so it does not move with the fork. This reduces energy consumption and prolongs battery life (because there is less jiggling and therefore more reliable lithium cell connectors)
The chassis is equipped with a load control system that improves the life of the drive wheels and reduces chassis maintenance costs. The design life is longer and maintenance is more convenient and less expensive.
Supplied as standard with high-capacity lithium iron forphat batteries. The battery can be recharged quickly and requires no additional maintenance. It also has a longer service life. A remote control module and a battery heating system can be ordered as an option.
A wide choice of wheelchair models. The H Series is suitable for all types of working conditions. All trolleys in this series are equipped with electric power steering, making operation simple and easy.
FAST CHARGING
Charge your battery anytime, anywhere
The unique fast-charging function of the lithium battery makes it the ideal choice for multi-shift work. Compared to a traditional lead-acid battery, there is no need to change batteries between shifts or to have a spare battery, and there is no need for a separate charging room for trolleys with lithium batteries. Fast charging allows charging during the shoulder shrugs, which greatly extends the trolley's working life. In addition, the lithium battery has no memory of charging cycles, which will not affect its lifetime at all. The lithium charger no longer needs to be placed in a separate room, which makes it convenient to charge the battery on demand.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Financial benefits
Supplied with an environmentally friendly lithium battery. No acid fumes, cavp or other pollution is released during charging. Trolleys with lithium batteries are relatively quiet and do not emit carbon dioxide. This makes lithium battery powered trolleys an ideal solution for companies with strict requirements for their working environment, such as those in the food processing, chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
One fast-charging battery is enough for each lithium battery trolley, no matter how many shifts you work. Lithium battery life is three times longer compared to lead acid batteries and requires no additional maintenance
SAFETY
Efficient and maintenance-free
The powerful lithium battery system consists of a high-security lithium iron phosphate battery, an intelligent battery management system (BMS), thermal management and automotive-grade DC high-voltage control systems. The BMS system enables communication between the lithium battery, the controller, the trolley, the charger and the remote control platform (to be ordered separately), allowing real-time monitoring of the status of the lithium battery, the trolley's operating parameters and the charging level, thus ensuring maximum safety and reliability of the lithium battery.
AC drive system
A powerful AC drive system ensures reliable operation and low maintenance costs.
Electric power steering/Automatic cornering deceleration
The trolley comes with electric power steering as standard, making your work simpler and easier. The power steering reduces the risk of the trolley tipping forwards or backwards at high speeds and reduces the speed when turning.
Five-point design
The pushchair comes with high-quality support wheels on both sides. The ride system consists of a suspended shock-absorbing suspension that prevents slipping during the ride and reduces the risk of tipping over during cornering.
Robust and durable design
Although the trolley is specifically designed and adapted to work in the logistics industry, it is robust and durable, and is also suitable for intensive working conditions in other sectors.
SPEED AND EFFICIENCY
Thanks to its powerful engine, the trolley can reach speeds of up to 12 km/h unloaded, or up to 9 km/h under full load. Easy and comfortable entry and exit for the operator. Three platform models to choose from, depending on the need and the specificity of the work.
