Semi-electric scissor pallet truck ACX15E - 1500kg

The Noblelift ACX15E is a semi-electric scissor pallet truck with a lifting capacity of up to 1500 kg and a lifting height of up to 800 mm. The operating principle is as follows: to lift a load, you simply press the lift button. If the truck is turned off (e.g., someone forgot to charge the battery), lifting can also be performed by pumping the handle (which is an absolutely unique feature of the NOBLELIFT ACX15E). Lowering the load is done simply by turning the release lever, and the load lowers. They can be used as standard pallet trucks, workbenches, or lift tables to ease the physical labor of workers. Closed forks and a reinforced structure ensure a very long service life.

The trolley uses a single cylinder, which has fewer wearing parts compared to a telescopic cylinder, is more stable and therefore much longer lasting.
On the other hand, with a single cylinder, the trolley has a higher support, which can also be used as a support for higher loads.
The forks are constructed from a combination of folded sheets with inward curved edges and reinforced with metal seams, which adds stability when lifting heavier loads and prevents the forks from deforming. The construction also uses bearings and the guide bearings are adjustable. Overall, the design is extremely robust and one of the best on the market.
The handle itself is ergonomic and the tiller itself is long, allowing for a high degree of leverage
The trolleys are equipped with anti-roll stabilisers, which are triggered when the load is raised above ~30 cm (after which the trolley becomes stationary).
Another useful advantage is the overload protection. It is implemented in a very simple way - when the maximum lifting height is reached and/or a load heavier than 1000 kg is lifted, the hydraulic fluid starts circulating in a circle inside the pump and the overload is not transmitted through the cylinder to the structure. This undoubtedly contributes significantly to the longevity of the hydraulics and the structure. Plus, there is no need for an electrical circuit to stop the lifting motor - which is important because every micro-breaker has a chance of being damaged in one way or another.

Semi-electric scissor pallet truck ACX15E - 1500kg

The Noblelift ACX15E is a semi-electric scissor pallet truck with a lifting capacity of up to 1500 kg and a lifting height of up to 800 mm. The operating principle is as follows: to lift a load, you simply press the lift button. If the truck is turned off (e.g., someone forgot to charge the battery), lifting can also be performed by pumping the handle (which is an absolutely unique feature of the NOBLELIFT ACX15E). Lowering the load is done simply by turning the release lever, and the load lowers. They can be used as standard pallet trucks, workbenches, or lift tables to ease the physical labor of workers. Closed forks and a reinforced structure ensure a very long service life.

Remark:
- Always make sure you use the correct charging algorithm. The DISCOVER GEL battery is suitable for all classic GEL charging algorithms that have a balancing mode such as EXIDE, Sonnenchein GEL (market standard), etc.
- If you have had to undercharge the battery during the day, we recommend that you leave the battery overnight after the work to recharge it fully - in this case the damage caused by undercharging is fully compensated for (as one undercharge can destroy between 3 and 6 cycles of the battery's lifetime, which in total is about 550 cycles at a depth of discharge of 80%, or about 600 to 900 cycles at a discharge depth of 70%).
