Proportional lifting and lowering of hydraulics
The electronically controlled proportional lifting system allows proportional control of lifting speed and intensity and ensures precise load positioning at any lifting height. This is particularly important when loads need to be stacked high, especially when targeting top shelves, or when loads need to be raised or lowered gently.
The long tiller makes working ergonomic and safe
The operator can always keep a safe distance from the lift, making the job comfortable and fast. With a long tiller, less effort is needed to make turns. The working height of the handle is naturally adapted to the most comfortable operating position for the operator. The four-wheel design with a side-mounted handle ensures a particularly good view of the forks and the stability of the lift

Robust and reliable design
The frame is even 8 mm thick, so the chassis is well protected against impacts. The battery compartment is also made of sheet steel and has a metal cover, which also adds to the reliability of the system and allows it to maintain its cosmetic appearance for a long time. The hoist has a vertically integrated AC motor with an electromagnetic brake, which makes it less sensitive to environmental dust. The electric drive has an IP54 protection rating (protection against dust and water spray)
CAN - BUS technology
CAN communication is used for all signals in the electrical part of the system to improve the stability and reliability of the lift. If required, it is possible to connect with a handheld programming console or a PC to perform additional diagnostics, software updates, troubleshooting or to set up parameters such as travel or lifting speeds, braking intensity, etc. - in other words, the lift can be further customised to meet individual customer requirements

Easy maintenance
The design of the lifts and the components used are tailored to make them easy to access and maintain. The metal protective cover is removed by unscrewing 2 screws. The drive wheel, support wheel and fork wheels are easy to change without lifting the forklift. And with the Waterless Technology battery, you only need to refill the battery once every 2 - 3 months!

The powerful maintenance-free German Schabmueller AC motor with German Kordel gearbox, Intorqe electromagnetic brake, German REMA tiller, ZAPI or CURTIS electric drives and Wicke drive wheel combine to provide the best in performance, precision, efficiency and reliability, and these top brands reduce overall running costs.
