Aprašymas
RT16Li - high performance stacker with lithium iron phosphate battery
This is a uniquely designed RT 16Li with lithium battery. For safety, the cab has four columns that transition into the frame. A wide field of vision and shock-absorbing operator seats ensure comfortable operation. German 6.4kW three-phase AC motors and US-made electric drives ensure high stacking power and smoother acceleration and braking. It has electric power steering for comfortable operation and a quick-switching 180/360 degree steering mode. The control armrest - as well as the German-made thumb and fingertip-controlled central console - ensures working efficiency and steering quality. The multi-function LCD display shows steering position, battery charge, error codes, operating time, driving speed and other information. The RT16Li has a fully shock absorbing and adjustable Grammer seat. It has a very high elasticity and shock absorption, so the operator feels less vibration. The seat position can be adjusted to the operator's height and body proportions, and the comfortable car-like backrest reduces operator fatigue. The lithium battery used in the machine can be quickly recharged and used for several shifts, depending on the requirements. The steering wheel and centre console can be adjusted to suit the operator's driving habits.
High efficiency guarantees high productivity
AC and variable frequency speed control technology allows you to drive, lift and steer smoothly - closed-loop speed control that is precise and reliable. The electro-hydraulic proportional lifting control system, good driving performance, more stable operation and more precise control - the RT16Li has it all.

Intelligent security features
Height limit function:
When the forks are at maximum lift, the lifting motor switches off automatically, ensuring safety.
Limiting the turning speed:
Slowing down the speed of the stacker during a turn prevents it from overturning.
Engine temperature monitoring:
Avoids engine overheating and engine failure.
Motor current control:
Prevents damage due to excessive motor current.
Electromagnetic and hydraulic brakes:
The combination of electromagnetic and hydraulic brakes gives the roller a shorter stopping distance without deviations. Safe and reliable.
Electromagnetic parking brake:
It can be used on both ramps and flat surfaces at the touch of a button.
Benefits of a lithium battery
Fast charging. Charge the battery whenever you need it
- The unique fast-charging function of the lithium iron phosphate battery makes it the ideal choice for multi-shift work. Compared to a traditional lead-acid battery, there is no need to change batteries between shifts or to prepare a spare battery and a dedicated charging point for lithium battery powered forklifts. Fast charging allows the battery to be recharged with breaks between jobs, which significantly extends the working life of the forklift. In addition, the lithium battery has no memory of charging cycles, which does not affect its lifetime. Due to the environmentally friendly properties of the lithium battery, the lithium charger no longer needs to be stored in a dedicated location, which offers much greater flexibility.
Environmentally friendly
- The lithium battery is an environmentally friendly solution. It does not produce acid, odour or pollutants during charging. Lithium battery-powered forklifts are relatively quiet and do not emit carbon dioxide. This makes lithium battery powered forklift trucks the ideal choice for environmentally conscious industries such as food processing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
- One battery is enough for each lithium battery-powered stack, as it can be recharged quickly, regardless of the number of shifts. In addition, a lithium battery has three times the lifespan of a lead-acid battery. Lithium batteries are maintenance-free and offer a much better cost/performance ratio than liquid electrolyte lead-acid batteries.
SAFETY. Efficient, maintenance-free
- The lithium battery 35 % reduces energy consumption, does not require a dedicated charging point and does not require battery maintenance. It saves space and there is no need for additional facilities for removing batteries from the stack, ventilated rooms and the liquid filling unit.
- The lithium battery system consists of a high-security, high-density lithium iron phosphate battery, an intelligent battery management system (BMS), a thermal management system and an automotive HVDC control system. The BMS allows communication between the lithium battery and the controller, the truck itself, the charger and the remote control platform, and real-time monitoring of the lithium battery status, stack operation and charging status to maximise the safety and reliability of lithium batteries.
- Another very important point is that the battery box itself (the metal casing) is resistant to natural fires, which increases operational safety enormously.
