MIDAC MDL / MBS traction cell blocks

MDL / MBS traction element blocks are manufactured using a different, fully automated production technology aimed at reducing the final battery price without compromising quality and lifespan. Instead of metal containers, special plastic boxes are used, and the internal cell interconnection structure is solid—making the blocks more resistant to shocks and vibrations. They are perfectly suited for small warehouse equipment, such as electric pedestrian pallet trucks, whose operation cannot avoid constant shaking.

The blocks are manufactured using the same MIDAC technology as standard traction batteries. MIDAC uses its own cell labeling: MDL complies with PzS (DIN, EN 60254-1/2), MBS – PzB (SB, EN 50272-3, British Standard).

    MIDAC is one of the oldest battery manufacturers in the EU, specializing in the production of flooded traction batteries for material handling and warehouse equipment. This battery is supplied from the express delivery warehouse in Italy, at the MIDAC factory – the delivery lead time is usually only 2–3 weeks. The batteries are always delivered in new, insulated metal boxes, factory-assembled and calibrated, no older than 2 weeks from the date of manufacture, with an integrated central water refilling system.
