Aprašymas
MAIN ADVANTAGES
The classic design is not only powerful, but also light and manoeuvrable. It can work in multi-purpose areas with narrow passageways, such as logistics sorting centres, loading bays, containers, freight elevators, shopping centres, etc., which greatly increases efficiency.
Reinforced chassis structure
The extremely robust and compact chassis design ensures the strength of the chassis without adding excess weight to the wheelchair.
Fully charged, the Edge Pro can climb up to 8 % gradients (with 48V20Ah or 24V40Ah or larger batteries). The trolley can be easily manoeuvred on loading platforms and ramps.
Green energy and easy maintenance
Batteries with different capacities for different needs
Mobile Smart Charging Centre (optional)
The Edge Pro Mobile Smart Charging Centre is compact and agile. The standard 5-compartment design allows you to conveniently charge 5 batteries at once. It also features overload protection and an automatic power-off function when the batteries are fully charged. It is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system and warning indicator lights, and a storage cabinet for fire extinguishers at the bottom.
Only the 24v, 48v or both battery types can be ordered separately. Each battery compartment has a separate display showing the battery charge level.
A car charger can also be ordered to charge from a standard 12V socket („pipe”)
Other valuable features:
- Non-serviceable 24V lithium iron phosphate deep discharge batteries that also operate at negative temperatures (EDGE PRO only with custom battery heating function)
- It has support wheels on the sides, which particularly increase the stability of the load.
- The support wheels can be removed for greater manoeuvrability
- Very compatible and manoeuvrable, with a design that avoids dangling electrical wires, hose connections or hydraulic tubes
- Very easy maintenance, easy access to key nodes
- Curtis electric drive (market standard) and CAN-BUS technology allow very fast and efficient fault detection and rectification. All of this significantly reduces potential future repair costs.
- External charger
- All electronics and engine design are tailored for fast and efficient repairs, minimising maintenance and repair costs.
- Technical support and parts supply is organised through Noblelift Europe's Hamburg office and is therefore guaranteed to be EU compliant and fully documented.
- Identical dimensions to a normal pallet trolley:
- Very robust housing.
- Metallic protectors against external damage, generally with no plastic parts on the outside.
- Fork design for working with pallets from all sides - with fork lift wheels
- Drive wheel and motor protection reduces the chance of dirt and breakages.
- An ergonomic and very comfortable joystick that makes the operator's daily work easier.
- An integrated PIN keypad to ensure that the trolley is not used by unauthorised personnel.
- The LCD display on the handle shows the battery level, motovalands and error messages.
- The tiller automatically returns to its working position.
- The travel speed is adjustable in any tiller position, and can also be operated with the tiller upright.
- Standard battery capacity - 24V40Ah
- The batteries recharge quickly - fully in ~3 hours. Partial recharges are possible if needed.
- Changing the battery is quick and easy - there's no need to disconnect any cables, just remove the dead battery and insert the charged one and you're ready to go.
- The batteries have an integrated protection and management system (BMS), which includes external diagnostics, making it extremely easy to solve problems. And yes, EDGE Pro batteries are repairable - you can replace the BMS, which in most cases is the cause of battery failure
- Overall, the Noblelift EDGE series is probably the most advanced electric pallet truck in terms of design, ergonomics and efficiency, and certainly the most popular, with more than 3 million units produced and launched in all markets to date.
- No additional maintenance work is practically required. We just recommend checking the main nodes from time to time and that's it.
