Description

The HERO order picker with lithium iron phosphate battery is compact and highly manoeuvrable, designed to help workers carry out a wide range of tasks in warehouses, distribution centres and stores. From ladders, small order pickers, trucks to forklifts, HERO fits perfectly with other equipment used for picking, allowing the operator to pick or handle light materials and goods more safely and efficiently at higher heights. Four drive modes allow HERO to move like no other machine can, including side-to-side crab mode, true zero-radius turning and even angled when raised - for unparalleled precision and efficiency when picking goods or working in tight spaces. With its low profile, it can easily enter lifts or pass under doors.

Customization

Unique driving techniques

N1 - Normal forward steering: front wheel steering. For long-distance driving. Can be used over the full range of lifting heights. Speed is automatically reduced depending on the lifting height.	N2 - Normal reverse steering: rear-wheel steering. This is a very manoeuvrable driving method, making it ideal for confined or crowded spaces. Can be used over the full range of lifting heights. The speed is automatically reduced depending on the lifting height.
C MODE - Crab mode: both driving wheels turn in the same direction. For parallel displacement and/or pure lateral movement. Can be used up to a cradle lift height of 3 metres. The speed is automatically reduced depending on the lifting height.	Z MODE - Intra-circle turning: the two driving wheels turn in opposite directions, providing a true full turn inside the circle. Up to 3 metres of cradle lift height can be used with a person. The speed is automatically reduced depending on the lifting height.

Lithium battery charging and safety

	The fast-charging, maintenance-free lithium battery can be recharged during work breaks or shift changes, allowing the picker to work continuously over several shifts. No need to change the battery. The battery charger has a built-in lithium battery charger with 24V30A power

Our lithium batteries feature a battery management system (BMS), a thermal management system and an automotive-grade DC high-voltage management system. The BMS monitors and controls charges and discharges to ensure safety throughout the battery's life cycle.
