Aprašymas
Key features
High efficiency
- The high-powered travel engine allows the 8-tonne loader to reach a top speed of up to 15.5 km/h and climb uphill gradients of up to 15%
- Precision-engineered drive-axle gears and low-speed AC asynchronous motors reduce noise in the transmission system
- Thanks to a high-power hydraulic pump motor and a low-noise plunger pump, the lifting speed is high and stable: the 8-tonne loader can lift maximum tonnage at 300 mm/s!
- Streamlined design with a short wheelbase of 2030 mm and reduced body width significantly increases manoeuvrability
- The lightweight design and independent control of the power steering motor reduce energy consumption (because when there is no need to lift the load, the powerful hydraulic motor, which is usually also used as a power steering motor, does not operate, and in particular NOBLELIFT 6-8 tonne loaders have separate power steering motors)
- Comes with a steering angle sensor that adjusts the speed of the power steering motor, reducing energy consumption and engine noise
Key highlights
- Small turning circle (2980 mm) for exceptional manoeuvrability
- Reversing video system eliminates blind spots below overweight
- Speed limit function for safer cornering by automatically slowing down after a cornering manoeuvre
- The front panel features a USB charging port, mobile phone and cup holders, and a document holder on the battery cover
- Equipped with an OBS (Operator Presence System) to ensure compliance with EU requirements
- Improved working space with plenty of room for the operator - even tall operators will feel comfortable even with a fully cushioned seat (which is usually higher profile)
- Even the 8-tonne standard model fits easily into an HC sea container
- Universal 96 V platform with modular design. Rational structural design for excellent sealing, waterproofing and dust resistance
- Can be fitted with both lead-acid and lithium batteries, with lead-acid batteries quickly swapped over the side (optional extra)
- The hydraulic pump motor and drive (controller) are located on opposite sides of the forklift and are covered by a metal door that requires no additional tools to open, making these units easy to maintain and repair
- Hydraulic oil tank - split into 2 parts for hassle-free maintenance and cleaning, with a rotary hydraulic oil return filter for easy replacement and/or cleaning and to keep the hydraulic system extremely clean
- Can be adapted for container handling applications (lithium battery models only) while maintaining a compact height of 2230 mm
Comfort
- For easy entry and exit, the forklift trucks are equipped with two steps and a large grab handle to get in and out of the cab
- Multifunctional colour display with user-friendly human-computer interface (optional connection to an internet network)
- Personalised design includes integrated storage box, USB charging socket, mobile phone holder, cup holder, etc.
- The loader has ample legroom, a spacious cab, an adjustable and fully shock-absorbing seat, all of which makes working comfortable and reduces fatigue
Security
- Standard Al (DI) Intelligent Image Processing reduces blind spots and warns of human detection when reversing
- Automatic deceleration system reduces the risk of overturning when cornering
- Equipped with an EU-compliant OBS system that prevents the forklift from being operated when the operator is not seated
- Wide-angle rear-view mirrors for a safer driving experience
- Fork soft landing reduces shock during lowering
- With LED work lights, signal lights and acoustic-optical alarm lights
Easy maintenance
- Fully open chassis and electrically operated compartment doors for easy access to the battery, hydraulic pump motor and electric control gears
- The removable side door simplifies maintenance of the electric actuators and hydraulic pump motor, while providing waterproof and dustproof protection
- The modular design of the floor (under the operator's feet) means that no additional tools are needed to access the engine compartment, which makes maintenance of the drive and power steering motors and other components particularly quick. This series of forklift trucks can be equipped with both lithium and conventional lead-acid batteries. When equipped with lead acid batteries, a quick battery change can be ordered as an option via the side, ensuring 24/7 operation
Lithium iron phosphate batteries on the Smart Cloud platform (optional, subscription costs apply)
The system continuously monitors the battery's operating status throughout its lifetime to ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment - a service that is available separately.

Safety of forklift trucks with lithium batteries
The lithium battery system consists of a high-density lithium iron phosphate battery with reliable safety, an intelligent battery management system (BMS), a thermal management system and an automotive-grade DC high-voltage management system. The BMS allows the lithium battery controller to communicate with the loader, the charger and the remote control services (*additional service) and to monitor in real time the lithium battery status, the loader operating status and the charging status in order to maximise lithium battery safety and reliability. On the other hand, most of the lithium batteries in Noblelift Q-Series forklifts already have a battery passport, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the battery. With the same QR code, the electronic SIM card (which is installed in most Noblelift lithium batteries) can be activated and Noblelfit then has remote access to the lithium battery and can perform factory diagnostics and change or update the battery's settings if required. The use of tested and certified components helps to ensure compliance with EU safety standards with all available supporting documentation as required by EU legislation.
