- The trolley uses a single cylinder, which has fewer wearing parts compared to a telescopic cylinder, is more stable and therefore much longer lasting.
- On the other hand, with a single cylinder, the trolley has a higher support, which can also be used as a support for higher loads.
- The forks are constructed from a combination of folded sheets with inward curved edges and reinforced with metal seams, which adds stability when lifting heavier loads and prevents the forks from deforming. The construction also uses bearings and the guide bearings are adjustable. Overall, the design is extremely robust and one of the best on the market.
- The handle has 3 operating modes: quick lift (always on), standard lift for heavier loads and goods transport (disconnects hydraulics). It is also possible to lower the load by pressing the knob at the bottom of the pump with your foot.
- The handle itself is ergonomic and the tiller itself is long, allowing for a large amount of lifting (which reduces the number of lifting movements, whether high-speed or standard lifting is chosen)
- The trolleys are equipped with anti-roll stabilisers and are triggered when the load is lifted above ~30 cm (and then the trolley becomes stationary)
- Another useful advantage is the overload protection. It is implemented in a very simple way - when the maximum lifting height is reached and/or a load heavier than 1000 kg is lifted, the hydraulic fluid starts circulating in a circle inside the pump and the overload is not transmitted through the cylinder to the structure. This undoubtedly contributes significantly to the longevity of the hydraulics and the structure.
